His astute sense of technology & business led him to develop innovative products
which are led to may first indigenously designed products.
He emphasizes on holistic product development , innovative and path breaking desing
approach coupled with value addition from selection of product to development of the
product.
During our inception, NV Jayalatha played a pivotal role, overseeing the
administration of
various departments and daily operations of the organization.
N. Agni Teja has been with the company since 2010 and assumed the role of CEO in
2021. With a Bachelor's degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Vidya
Jyothi Institute of Technology and an M.Tech in VLSI & Embedded Systems from
SEER-JNTU University, he initially contributed to innovation products within the
firm. Over time, he transitioned into managing marketing activities, customer
interactions on technical and commercial matters, and now, as CEO, he oversees the
overall functioning of all departments while dedicating significant time to R&D for
new product designs.
Kalyan has been part of our company since 2014, holding a Bachelor's degree in
Mechanical Engineering from NNRG educational institutions and an M.S in Advance
industrial manufacturing systems from Kingston University London . He initially
focused on mechanical product design, later taking charge of the entire spectrum of
business operations, from production to final product delivery.
Y. Narendra Babu is the founder of KDS Enterprises, a precision sheet metal
fabrication unit with diverse manufacturing capabilities, ranging from prototypes to
production quantities. Established in 1988 by Narendra, a Engineering Graduate from
Hyderabad, KDS Enterprises has a rich history of precision fabrication. He has vast
experience in mechanical design and sheet metal fabrication design.

Ramabrahmam is an outstanding Scientist, diligent CEO/Director, Successful
Consultant with over 40 years of diverse experience mainly in Chemical, Cement and
Leather Sectors. His expertise covers Process development, Plant design and
economics, Technology development and transfer, Industrial safety and Chemical risk
management, Environment and establishment of ECO Industrial parks/estates.
He is a B.Tech Graduate of the Andhra University in Chemical Engineering and MBA
from Annamalai University and received Project Management certificate from
Strathclyde Graduate Business School, UK and certified ISO 14001 and OHSAS 18001
Auditor.
More than 100 companies (SME’s and fortune 500) have availed Ramabrahmam’s expertise
and guidance and successfully implemented UNIDO Cleaner technologies in India and
Abroad.
He has published over 50 technical papers, holds 5 Patents, authored 2 books and
developed over 10 technologies.
He is honorary faculty of Anna University, RLI and Anna Institute of Management,
Chennai. He has won many awards. He is past chairman of Indian Institute of Chemical
Engineers-CRC besides being Director/Expert Member on the various State and Central
Government and Private boards/bodies/institutions.

Pollution reduction, Improved Safety, Quality and Productivity and Foreign exchange
